All of the tactical workouts are designed with improving PT scores in addition to improving overall fitness and performance.  For more specific help passing the PT test, read the following booklet, "Mastering the OPD PT Test". Also below is a 10-week training plan designed specifically to  pass the battery test. 

Arlo Gagestein is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu brown belt who has been training and competing  for 14 years. He teaches at the police station at 4pm on Mondays and Thursdays. While nothing can come close to the hands-on experience you get on the mat, we will also post techniques here. You NEED the reps, you NEED the practical application, but hopefully these videos will help to reinforce what you learn in the actual class.
